Finds businesses that need to be found.
Lethabo Montshiwe is a 25-year-old Black South African entrepreneur and the founder of Digital Switch, a Johannesburg-based technology venture developing AI-powered systems that help small businesses and organisations become more visible, competitive and efficient.
The idea for Digital Switch began in 2022, when Lethabo noticed that many businesses and service providers she encountered in everyday life were almost invisible online. She recognised that the problem extended beyond digital visibility: businesses relying on manual processes, disconnected tools and limited capacity were often unable to grow beyond the constraints of their existing operations.
Determined to find better ways of solving these problems, Lethabo taught herself to work with AI tools, APIs and automation platforms. What began as manually identifying businesses on Google Maps evolved into a multi-stage automated system.

African businesses should not be limited by a lack of access to digital capability.
Her broader vision is to develop Digital Switch into an adaptable AI orchestration platform that identifies the capabilities required to solve a particular problem, discovers the best specialised tools available and connects them into complete, functional business systems, while creating opportunities for more young Africans to participate in the technology-driven economy.
Beyond technology, Lethabo founded Testimony Tuesday, a platform for people to share personal testimonies, explore scripture-based themes and encourage one another through bi-weekly online gatherings. She is also developing its reach through digital content and podcasting.
